Zero Carbon Factory | Henan Mine Adds Another Heavyweight Honor

Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Henan Province announced the list of zero carbon factories and super energy efficient factories in Henan Province for 2025. Henan mines have been selected as "zero carbon factories in Henan Province for 2025" with their "full industry chain green manufacturing system", becoming a benchmark for green and intelligent manufacturing in the lifting industry.

The selection of "zero carbon factories" strictly follows the "Zero Carbon Factory Evaluation Specification" (T/HNEE 005-2024), focusing on three core dimensions: independent emission reduction, energy optimization, and carbon management. As a national level green factory and national green supply chain management enterprise, Henan Mine has been deeply cultivating "green intelligent manufacturing" for more than 20 years. It innovatively integrates digital twin systems with energy and carbon management platforms to build a "green electricity supply+process energy conservation+recycling" full chain zero carbon system. Through the full process informatization and intelligent precise control of the factory, it achieves green and high-quality production throughout the entire industry chain.

Green production, reducing energy consumption

The entire production process has achieved informatization and intelligent management. By building an advanced intelligent manufacturing production management system based on big data and cloud platforms in China, CNC machine tools, industrial robots, visual recognition, and precision inspection devices are interconnected, forming an intelligent manufacturing network covering the entire factory.

Advanced equipment, energy conservation and emission reduction

We have invested hundreds of millions of yuan in upgrading and renovating workshops, improving environmental protection equipment, and developing wet dust removal and ventilation environmental protection equipment. We have also renovated new intelligent production lines and automated (intelligent) complete sets of equipment for cranes, achieving intelligent and green production.

New product, lightweight and environmentally friendly

Based on advanced concepts such as "intelligence, safety, and green", we will implement full lifecycle design and management of new cranes, and increase research and production of new products such as ultra large tonnage, ultra large span cranes, high-precision, fully automatic, energy-saving and environmentally friendly cranes.
