The First Henan Provincial Special Inspection Institute Crane Machinery Inspection Personnel Capability Enhancement Training Course Was Successfully Held in Henan Mines

Recently, the first Henan Provincial Special Inspection Institute Crane Machinery Inspection Personnel Capability Enhancement Training Course was successfully held in Henan Mine Intelligent Industrial Park.

This training is jointly planned by Henan Mine Crane Co., Ltd. (referred to as Henan Mine), North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power (referred to as Huashui), and Henan Special Equipment Inspection Technology Research Institute (referred to as Henan Special Inspection Institute). It innovatively adopts the "industry university research tripartite cooperation, and teaching and inspection tripartite co creation" model, which is not only the beginning of deep cooperation among the three parties in training business, but also an important practice of industry cross-border integration and resource advantage sharing.

 

At the opening ceremony, Zhu Zhiqiang, Director of the Training Department of Henan Special Inspection Institute, Li Bing, Associate Professor of Huashui Machinery College, and Han Qingxiang, Vice President of Henan Mine, attended together. Crane machinery inspectors from 18 special inspection institutes in various cities across the province gathered together to deepen their understanding of product quality structure and learn inspection standards in Henan mines. They embarked on a ten day systematic and integrated knowledge training.

This training has established a three-dimensional training system that integrates theory, practice, and industry. With advanced technologies such as Henan Mine Intelligent Manufacturing Scene, advanced testing facilities, and the industry's only comprehensive performance (service life) laboratory for cranes, as well as some industry standards formulated by Henan Mine, Henan Special Inspection Institute provides students with immersive practical experience; Huashui leverages its disciplinary advantages to establish a solid theoretical foundation and cutting-edge technological leadership; Henan Provincial Special Inspection Institute, with its rich practical experience in the inspection industry, helps students improve their practical abilities, and the three complement each other to create a high-quality training ecosystem.

 

 

Taking this as an opportunity, in the future, the three parties will closely follow the "Henan Province Engineering Machinery Industry Quality Upgrading Action Plan" released by the General Office of the Henan Provincial People's Government, and jointly promote the establishment and high-quality construction of the "Crane Industry College" in Henan mines.

Henan Mine will work together with Henan Provincial Special Inspection Institute to create a high-level talent cultivation base that integrates teaching, practical training, research and development, and industry services nationwide. The aim is to provide core talent support and innovation engines for the safe development, intelligent upgrading, and green transformation of the lifting machinery industry, and establish a new benchmark for industry education integration.
