Henan Mine | Successfully Passed Expert A Inspection for Baowu Project

Recently, the cranes produced by the company for Baowu Group's Baosteel and Wuhan Iron and Steel projects have successfully passed the expert group A inspection, marking that the innovative achievements of intelligent manufacturing in Henan mines have once again been highly recognized by customers.

This batch of cranes mainly serves the renovation and upgrading of a certain base of Baowu Group. All of them adopt PLC+frequency conversion+anti sway control, with reserved unmanned intelligent upgrade interfaces. The lifting and trolley operation adopt a redundant design of one in use and one backup frequency converter, greatly improving the safety and efficiency of use.

During the three-day A inspection period, a team of A inspection experts consisting of Baosteel and Wuhan Iron and Steel project teams, Ouye Industrial Products Co., Ltd., MCC Baosteel Technical Service Co., Ltd., Dalian Baoxin Crane Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jinyi Testing Technology Co., Ltd., etc., conducted acceptance inspection on the metallurgical slab clamp crane and electromagnetic hanging beam bridge crane products manufactured by the company.

 

 

The expert group carefully reviewed all the materials of the crane, and each inspection item met the requirements of the A inspection outline. All indicators met the national standards and reached the advanced level in China. The expert group highly praised the company's quality control system and product quality inspection results.
