This gantry crane is used for the lifting of large sections of ships and marine products. It integrates multiple functions such as lifting, hoisting, sectional aerial turning, and closing, and can achieve efficient, accurate, and safe handling and installation of ship hulls. It is an important guarantee for improving shipbuilding efficiency in the shipbuilding industry.

1. The main beam is a trapezoidal structure, with supporting legs consisting of I-shaped rigid legs and A-shaped flexible legs. Drivers and maintenance personnel can directly reach the driver's cab and the upper part of the main beam through escalators or elevators inside the rigid legs.

2. The lifting mechanism is equipped with a rope arrangement device to prevent wire rope jumping and ensure safety during the lifting process.

3.  The operating mechanism is equipped with a diagonal correction device, which can be used for automatic or manual correction when there is a deviation in walking.

4.  Adopting an intelligent control system with multi hook linkage and synchronous operation functions, combined with PLC+variable frequency speed regulation system, which can achieve millimeter level precise positioning for lifting operations.

5. Equipped with a security monitoring system, large vehicle electronic collision avoidance system, windproof device, fire alarm system and other protective devices to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
