"Mine Speed" Recognized Again | Crane for A Baosteel Project Passes Expert A Inspection Successfully

Recently, the double-hook hanging beam gantry crane produced by Henan Mine for a project of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel passed the expert panel's A inspection. The crane features PLC + frequency converter control throughout the entire system, enabling smooth speed regulation and precise positioning, significantly improving operational efficiency. It is equipped with a safety monitoring system and CMS equipment status monitoring system to provide real-time monitoring of operational conditions and abnormal alerts, while also featuring a reserved interface for unmanned upgrades to meet the intelligent manufacturing requirements of the Baosteel project.

Behind these impressive achievements lies the joint efforts and efficient collaboration between Henan Mine and Ouyeel Industrial. As the unit responsible for the procurement of complete machines and supporting parts for the Baosteel project, Ouyeel Industrial provided comprehensive support in areas such as supporting procurement and quality control. Henan Mine formed a production team combining the Li Jie Model Worker Group and the large-project攻关 team, addressing challenges such as tight schedules, high demands, and complex supporting requirements by optimizing processes, refining division of labor, and overcoming difficulties. Through open cooperation and coordinated efforts, the originally tense production tasks were efficiently advanced, ultimately completing the product manufacturing two months ahead of schedule and meeting delivery conditions, showcasing the "Mining Speed" and "Mining Quality.".

The A inspection was conducted by a team of experts from Baosteel Zhanjiang Project Team, Ouyue Industrial Products, Dalian Baoshen Crane, Shanghai Jinyi Testing, and other units, lasting two days for a comprehensive acceptance process.

The expert team conducted a thorough inspection of the entire set of documents, including self-inspection records, material reports, and flaw detection reports. They also performed a power-on test of the crane's lifting mechanism, trolley and bridge running mechanisms, and electrical systems. All inspection items complied with the A-level inspection outline and national standards, with the company's quality control system and product quality receiving high praise.
