Henan Mine Selected As A National "Excellent Intelligent Factory"

Recently, the "Intelligent Factory for Crane Equipment Manufacturing Based on Digital Twins" in Henan mines was listed on the "2025 Excellent Intelligent Factory Project" list by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, becoming the only crane equipment production enterprise selected in Henan Province, marking the company's intelligent manufacturing level being recognized by national authorities.

As an important benchmark for measuring the development of intelligent manufacturing in the country, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Excellent Intelligent Factory Project" focuses on technological innovation, process optimization, and demonstration leading capabilities, and only selects enterprise projects with outstanding achievements in the field of intelligent manufacturing. Henan Mine was selected this time mainly due to its deep practice in the application of digital twin technology and intelligent production throughout the entire process: by building a fully digitalized and interconnected production chain, it achieves real-time linkage and precise quality control in innovative research and development, process innovation, experimental testing, performance improvement, safety assurance and other aspects, comprehensively improving the inherent safety level and use safety of cranes.

To create an excellent intelligent factory for the manufacturing of lifting equipment throughout the entire industry chain through the full process intelligent manufacturing of "mining resources". Henan mines will further expand the application scenarios of intelligent equipment, optimize flexible production systems, strengthen the intelligence level of full lifecycle services, achieve more independent breakthroughs in key core technology areas, and help the crane industry develop towards high-end, intelligent, digital and high-quality development.
