Non standard products have always been the "hard bone" of the lifting equipment manufacturing industry - with high customization, complex processes, tight deadlines, and difficult standardization and replication. In the production of a 450 ton and 360 ton four beam casting crane trolley for a key national project, he was not afraid of challenges, overcame difficulties, innovated technology, and improved methods. He compressed the 15 day production cycle to 7 days and passed the acceptance inspection in one go, creating an industry record and effectively promoting the production progress of the company's major projects. He helped the enterprise win the honor of "Excellent Supplier" for important projects such as Baosteel Zhanjiang and Baoshan Iron and Steel multiple times.

Li Jie is well aware that the core of "quality improvement" lies in technological innovation. After long-term practical battles, he has developed his own method: using the "lean production+intelligent collaboration" model, he deeply integrates traditional craftsmanship with digital tools to ensure high-quality intelligent manufacturing. The invention patent he participated in, "An Electric Hoist Bridge Crane," was recognized as a scientific and technological achievement in Henan Province. The quality improvement project he participated in, "Improving the Bending Production of Rotating Small Car Tracks," won the third prize of Henan Province Quality Management Group Technical Achievement Award in 2024.
