380 Participants! The 23rd Henan Mine Scholar Aid Conference Was Grandly Held

For 23 years of aiding students to fulfill their dreams and continuously fulfilling social responsibilities, Henan Mine Crane Co., Ltd. has funded the Poverty Alleviation Student Aid Foundation since 2004, conducting donation and scholarship activities for 23 consecutive years. It has cumulatively disbursed over 37 million yuan in student aid and reward funds, supporting more than 5,200 impoverished college students.

On August 18th, the 23rd Donations for Education Conference of Henan Mine was grandly held at the company's Intelligent Industrial Park. Wang Yantao, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee of Changyuan and Deputy Mayor, Tao Zhongmin, Executive Vice President of the Changyuan Charity Association, and other leading officials from the Changyuan Municipal Trade Union, Weizhuang Subdistrict, Nanpu Subdistrict, and others attended the conference. This year, a total of 1.5 million yuan was invested in the scholarship fund, with 1.18 million yuan used on-site to support 380 impoverished college students, while the remaining funds were allocated for commendation and rewards for outstanding teachers in primary and secondary schools.
